Client Service Associate

Anastasia is a primary point of contact for clients, known for her attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to making each interaction smooth and efficient. She manages key office functions, including scheduling, document preparation, and secure client data handling, and she assists clients with online portfolio navigation.

She studied business customer service at Everest College after attending Excelsior Charter School. She brings nearly a decade of experience from Wells Fargo, where she progressed from teller to leadership roles.

Originally from the San Fernando Valley, Anastasia now lives in Chatsworth. She enjoys hiking, reading, scrapbooking, and watching movies in her free time. She also volunteers with CSUN Orange Grove, Operation Gratitude, and her local holiday toy drive.
